YOUR REQUIREMENT PROFILE IN FOCUS

The test consists of 200 questions that focus, for example, on the employee’s work structure, internal driving forces, stress index, decision-making character, inner activity, ambition, communicativeness, relationship patterns and self-awareness. The results show you how these characteristics relate to the requirement profile you have chosen. Through our test centre, you can re-match the result an unlimited number of times against other requirement profiles to see which profile the test taker matches best. You can also choose whether you want to produce reports on different leadership qualities. This is something we always do when testing candidates for management positions.

THE LOGIC ANALYSIS IS A LOGIC, APTITUDE & IQ TEST

The test is used as a complement to JobMatch Talent to verify the person’s logical ability in various ways. These include logical perception, logical thinking, mathematical ability, linguistic ability and the ability to find the “red thread” in complex contexts. You use Logic Analysis as an important complement when the candidate’s problem-solving ability is important.

GROUP MATCHING

When you need to build a team or want to see how two or more people match each other, you can create a team report based on already completed tests. Here you get a simple and clear picture of how their working methods relate to each other. You can also make a QuickMatch and match a job applicant with, for example, the person’s future manager or colleagues and in this way take another step to ensure a good recruitment.

DNV-reviewed tests

If you want to ensure good quality in the tests you use, you should check that the instrument is reviewed and certified by DNV-GL. Previously STP, under the Swedish Psychological Association, reviewed personality and psychometric tests in Sweden. However, they never authorised or certified any test instruments. Det Norske Veritas, DNV-GL, has taken over the review role today. A test certified by DNV means that it has been reviewed, approved and certified by DNV-GL. Here it is also important to distinguish whether a personality test has been reviewed under the previous guidelines or under the new, more demanding EFPA-guidelines that were introduced in Sweden in 2015. The JobMatch Talent test was the first test in Sweden to be DNV reviewed and certified under the new EFPA guidelines.
